New management and a record-breaking contract

Changes in management - MR. HYNEK MÜHLBACH, MRS. KAMILA PELIKÁNOVÁ

PRODECO

Mr. Hynek Mühlbach as the Executive Director and  the Chairman of the Board of Directors has been in charge of Prodeco Inc. since last December. Under his direction the company made the highest contract ever - a supply of giant Bucket wheel excavator and Spreader for more than 2 billion.

Before he took the position in Prodeco Inc. Mr. Mühlbach had worked for example as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Manager of Synergy Power Group and Newton Stock Investment or as the Director of Capital Markets Department for IC Bank. Mr. Mühlbach graduated from VŠE, he´s got two adult children and in his free time, he likes sports and traveling.

Mr. Hynek Mühlbach brought into a top management new co-workers. Mr. Daniel Mach, former Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO of VATECH EZ, became the Business Manager, who is in charge of business activities. Mrs. Kamila Pelikánová, former Business Manager in Unex and the Supervisor of the Mayor´s Office in Ústi nad Labem, became the Director of Communication and Public Relations Department. Her goals are company promoting, enhancement of the corporate culture, hiring perspective employees and complete rejuvenation of the company. Mr. Lubomír Chmelař is the entrusted Technical Director. His goal is, above all, providing requirements of new technology paramaters for ČEZ and Severočeské doly. Mr. Chmelař came to Prodeco from Severočeské doly where he used to be the Mechanic Master and the Specialist of Mining Activities. Financial matters are ran by Mr. Milan Vlček, who has already been working in Prodeco for a few years.
