2011 ČEZAR Prize for PRODECO, a.s. Employees

Each year the ČEZ Group awards ČEZAR Prize to selected employees. In this context the management of PRODECO, a.s. nominated Ing. Karel Bartoš for the prize, given his long-term excellent performance for both PRODECO and the entire Group.

The information that the nominated candidate had been included among the awarded employees was communicated on 24 February 2011. Ing. Karel Bartoš received his prize at a joint lunch with other awarded employees in Chomutov on 7 March 2011.

Each year the Čézar Prize is awarded to selected rank-and-file employees below the department head hierarchy level. The prize is to recognise a person's specific approach and responsibility in meeting strenuous objectives. The prize is awarded to those employees who made a major contribution to the performance of their department in the past year or showed excellent performance in meeting their individual objectives. The Čézar Prize is to draw attention to the best employees of the ČEZ Group. The Čézar Prize takes the form of a glass figure with rays which symbolise both the success and energy of the person awarded but also a light bulb that refers to the business of the ČEZ Group.
