Changes in the Company Board

In the first half of 2011, changes in the company Board and Management composition occurred. Effective 1 June 2011, Ing. Walter Fiedler joined the company as its new Chairman of the Board. As of 1 July 2011, Ing. Walter Fiedler also became the company's new Executive Director. In these two positions, he replaced Ing. Hynek Mühlbach who has been holding these functions in the company for four years. Ing. Pavel Malina, the former Technical Assistant Manger, became Vice-Chairman of the Board and Assistant Manager of the newly established Business and Engineering Division. As of 1 June 2011, Ing. Jiří Netuka became a new Board Member and Assistant Manager of the Finance and HR Division. The company management has been further joined by Ing. Ladislav Hanuška in the position of the new Technical Assistant Manager.
