Implementation of BIZ4Buildln in PRODECO, a.s. Awarded the 2011 Microsoft Prize

The well-respected Microsoft Prize for 2011 in the category Microsoft Dynamics ERP goes to Navisys s.r.o. for the implementation of a comprehensive information system in PRODECO, a.s. For the thirteenth time the board comprised of Microsoft representatives and industry experts assessed the best IT projects delivered by Microsoft certified partners and recognised the solutions that provide major cuts in operating costs and enhance efficiency across a company. The PRODECO project included not only the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV information system with the BIZ4Buildln industry solution by Navisys for project-driven companies, but also Microsoft SharePoint with active links to information system.

Main emphasis was placed on covering the entire order management process - from enquiry and quotation up to delivery and warranty servicing. The use of project management outputs for managing company finances is an important part of the solution. Connection of BIZ4Buildln to standard financial Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules allows generating an overall company cash flow outlook that covers both order cash flow and other financial flows of recurrent or one-off payments. Automation of most the processes related to month-end closing has substantially reduced the time required to prepare such closing and the risk of error due to human factor.
