Management changes in the company PRODECO, a.s.

The first summer month of 2009 has brought changes in the management of the company PRODECO, a.s. The new composition of the company management approved by the Supervisory Board shall become effective as of 01/06/2009. Two new positions have been formed, that of the Sales Manager and Engineering Manager. Ing. Petr Varinský has joined the company and will operate in the position of the Sales Manager. Ing. Lubomír Chmelař has been appointed the Engineering Manager. The existing position of the Sales and Technical Manager, held by Ing. Pavel Malina, has been changed to the position of the Technical Manager. Furthermore, Ing. Hynek Mühlbach shall continue to act in the position of the Managing Director of the company, and Ing. Petr Vorlíček shall continue to act in the position of the Finance and HR Manager.
