New PRODECO´s Board of Directors

Teplice, December 7, 2006 – The Supervisory Board dismissed the previous Board of Directors of PRODECO at it´s meeting on December 5th and at the same time appointed new members of the Board.

Mr. Hynek Mühlbach has become the new chairman of the Board of Directors and also the new executive director. The vice-chairman has been appointed the technical director Josef Tichák and the third member of the Board has been elected the financial director Milan Vlček.
