Severočeské Doly, a.s. is the sole owner of PRODECO, a.s.

On 26 September 2008 the ownership structure of PRODECO, a.s. changed. Sokolovská uhelná, právní nástupce (successor in title), a.s. transferred its part of shares, i.e. a 49.5%-share in PRODECO, a.s., to the second shareholder of Severočeské doly, a.s. and thus the second shareholder became the sole owner.

On 6 October 2008 the structure of the company's bodies was modified as well. First of all, the number of the Supervisory Board Members was reduced to three. In consequence of the changes, the Company's Articles had to be modified as well. Ing. Jiří Zahradník, Ing. Pavel Vaňas and Ing. Ladislav Hanuška, as the elected representative of employees, were appointed new Supervisory Board Members.
