OKJ 130 P Detachable Transport Unit

OKJ 130 P Detachable Transport Units are designed for the transport of driving stations of long-distance transportation in the terrain with low load-carrying capacity. OKJ 130 P enable moving the driving station in any direction, possibly turning the station in both direction around the station's vertical axis. OKJ 130 P are used in the assembly of four, possibly two units. One unit is always the control one. Any of the connected units can be the control one.
Each OKJ 130 P forms a separate unit with the frame welded from steel plates. This frame is fit with the driving assembly consisting of an electric motor and hydraulic pump, a hydraulic oil cooling unit, other auxiliary hydraulic equipment and electric fittings. The oil tank is located in the upper part inside the frame. The control panel is located on the frame platform. No matter if the units are assembled in fours or pairs, only one control unit is set as the control one. Individual OKJ 130 P are interconnected using the control data cable and the interconnecting cable for emergency STOP buttons. The movements of the OKJ 130 P walking mechanism required for the movement of the station are generated using a single vertical lift straight hydraulic motor and two approximately horizontal walking hydraulic motors. Both are used to control the current swinging deflection of the lift cylinder from the vertical axis and that way they determine the direction as well as the length of the real step. All three straight hydraulic motors are provided with ball hinged bearing on both ends. A supporting plate is attached to the lower hinge of the lift straight motor. Each unit is attached to the pontoon of the transportation station using three, possibly four eyes and pins.
