The project applied to the reconstruction of the DR 15 coal breaker located at the coal conduit from the mining location Libouš – Západ consisting of the dismantling of the existing hammer breaker and installation of 2 two-shaft breakers MMD, 625 series.
The total output of the breaker station DR15 is 3000 t coal/hour.
In connection with that the existing steel structure of the breaking plant was substantially modified and new breakers were supplied as well as necessary parts of the support steel structure and breaker plant components, new electric wiring including new integrated switch station and operator cabin, new central automatic lubricating system, air manifold, air guns and indicators and metal separator. In connection with that the PD11 conveyor and PD16 mobile conveyor were modernized. New drives, transport line elements including the sliding impact beds, hopper, belt scrapers and self-adjusting benches were installed.
